When an at home evaluation isn’t practical and an in-store visit is difficult, MediEquip offers virtual evaluations. We can do an evaluation by either Phone or Video Chat.In our 25 years of business, we have installed over 6,000 lifts. This level of expertise has given us the ability to know what questions to ask so we can make the best possible recommendations for your stairs.
One of the many benefits to a virtual evaluation is that we can give you a tour of our many in-store displays so you can be engaged directly with the product as well as see the available features firsthand. In addition, we have a library of images showing previous installations with countless configurations and solutions.

How to get started:

Preparing for your virtual evaluation:

1. We will ask you some basic questions to get an idea of what type of mobility device best fits your needs.
2. Some information that may be helpful before you call:

1. • Are my stairs straight?  Are there any turns, curves, or pauses?
   • How many steps do I have?
   • How wide are my stairs?
   • Do I have an available electrical outlet nearby?
   • Also helpful is a picture of the bottom of the staircase.
   • An expert Safety Consultant will review the images and measurements and discuss your specific needs and concerns.

3. We provide a quote and, if accepted, schedule your installation right away as most standard products are in-stock. Remember, Medicare and Private Insurances do not pay for stair lifts.
