MediEquip has a wide variety of wheelchairs available for all types of needs, from transport, standard, lightweight, ultra-lightweight and bariatric manual wheelchairs to a full line of power wheelchairs.

Take a Test Drive
MediEquip stores offer simulated home environments and multiple floor surfaces, allowing you to take a test drive in real-world situations. Or we can bring a selection of products to you. Either way, we'll show you exactly how to use your equipment and tell you about any options or accessories that may be available.
Rentals
A variety of wheelchairs are available for rental. It is best to call us ahead of time with a height and weight estimate for the person who will be using the wheelchair so we can make sure the proper size and capacity wheelchair is available. A MediEquip representative will help you find the right wheelchair, and explain rental policy to you.

Transport Wheelchairs

Transport chairs are extremely lightweight chairs for occasional use such as going to the mall or to the doctor's office. Our favorite is the Nova Transport. These are the least expensive and lightest chairs on the market, and fold easily for stowing in your car. For more information on Nova transport wheelchairs, click here for the Nova brochure. Not all products shown in this brochure may be available in our stores. We stock the 19-inch models in black, red and blue. The 22-inch model with 12-inch back wheels is available by order. The Nova Transport is not available for rental.

Lightweight and Other Manual Wheelchairs
Lightweight wheelchairs are a few pounds heavier than the transport chair, but are still light enough to easily store in your car. They have larger wheels so they can be self-propelled, have elevating leg rests, and are usually eligible for insurance reimbursement.
